All orders are processed efficiently through communication to our customers through the use of EDI and the internet. Timely deliveries are ensured through continuous contact with principals. We then promptly advise all customers of the outcome.

USE OF ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATORS
Through the use of account administrators, we further strengthen our customer service. Accounts are assigned to one of our account administrators who are responsible for all phases of administrative duties for the account.

CONSISTENT RETAIL SUPPORT
Our experienced and extensive Retail Representatives are in the stores weekly throughout the East Coast to ensure accurate placement and pricing of our products. We utilize blitz teams for new item cut-ins, resets, and promotions based on the customer’s needs. In addition, we have created a database by customer for each item, which we analyze monthly for problems and opportunities at the retail level.
